Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Our guest cottage is an architect-designed tiny home for 2, in a peaceful rural area. It is just 28 minutes from beautiful Kings Canyon National Park. There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around the property and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip . Great coffee 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)

This simple little farm cabin is nestled under Sycamore trees with views of hills and farms. Enjoy the sunset on the porch with a blanket and a glass of wine while watching the horses graze peacefully. On clear nights you can see the North Star and the Milky Way. We are located just one mile away from the artsy village center of Three Rivers and 6 miles from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park. Church is a newly renovated 1940's home nestled in the heart of downtown Visalia. You are just a walk away from downtown, locally-owned eateries (we will provide you with our favorites!), enjoy the Wine Walk or maybe a Rawhide game. Visalia's Thursday afternoon Farmer's Market is also two blocks away!You will really enjoy this centrally-located place. Please be advised that there is a local business just a few doors down that feed those in need.

The River cottage is a quaint cottage that has been renovated and is only a short walk from the river with private river access on the Main Fork of the Kaweah River, not shared by the neighbor. The Cottage is the perfect getaway for relaxing and enjoying nature.
