The area offers Natural Hot Springs, Boating, Camping, Wind Surfing, Kayaking, Hiking, Hunting, Mountain Biking, Offroading, River Rafting, SUP, Snow sports at Alta Sierra, Archery, Outdoor Shooting Range, etc. The options are endless with an open mind. Kernville is 18 miles away (25 min drive). Alta Sierra is 20 miles away (35 min drive). Sequoia National PARK is 3 hours away.

Moonpine Kernville is a stunning, clean, luxurious, retreat in the southern Sierra Nevada’s. Less than 1 mile to town. Beautiful mountain and valley views throughout the house and yard. Massive master bedroom, with vaulted ceilings, and large windows, with a private workspace. New central ac and heat! Fully stocked large kitchen. Fast Wifi 300mbps! The yard has a beautiful, new concrete landscape and is a great place to relax and enjoy the NEW gazebo on the couches and take in the amazing views!

Hungry Gulch Getaway

This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Bright and roomy newer 34 foot fifth wheel with four slides that sleeps 4 comfortably. Full-size kitchen as well as bbq area. Propane fire pit set up to take in the great views, or stargaze. Quiet and secluded with beautiful views of Lake Isabella. Minutes away from mountains, lake, and river.

Welcome to Hacienda de las Rosas, retreat, and home of Hacienda Happy Tails, an Animal Sanctuary. We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Soak up the history of Kernville Ranch in the all natural cedar hot tub after a day on the river, watch the horses frolic in front of pink and purple mountains. Plunge into or practice your casting in our private river (Runs April through December). Originally built in the 1890s. Nestled in over 14 acres of water meadow. There is an attached but separate wing that is another listing. Two bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, loo & kitchen downstairs. no checkout chores.

Just Outstanding Ranch House

They say location is everything and this home is in the best location. We're only 100 yards from public river access and 0.8 miles to Downtown Kernville. This is a clean, family friendly ranch house within walking distance to the river, historical town, rodeo grounds and the bike track. The river is so close you can hear the running water. Enjoy the backyard Adirondack chairs (with a propane fire pit/table) to start your day or to 'wine' down and enjoy the river sounds.
