We are proud to be offering The Gatehouse, a one off bespoke lodge with a distant sea-view on a working farm. Located at Cherry Trees Farm Nr Deal, Kent. It is full of charming character, boasting a beautiful log burning fire, its own facilities, parking and to top it off a local pub across the road. It is a fantastic location for those that love nature, walking and an experience of rural life. We also accept a dog as the garden is fully secure. We also have ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING ON SITE.

Underfloor heating, small fridge and all the expected luxuries in a room. To ensure a good nights rest, the pub garden is closed from 10 PM onwards. Additionally, we offer the convenience of adding drinks to your stay, so you can have something ready upon your arrival. The Regent is a small family business in Rye Town Centre offering accommodation ONLY. Limited parking charged at 7.00 GBP per night. Any unbooked spaces are available on a first in basis free of charge. Rye Train/bus station is a few minutes flat walk. All rooms have En-suite shower rooms, tea/coffee trays, Free Wi -Fi, televisions, dressing gowns & hair dryers.
