Porter's Cottage (1890) is a semi-detached home that has been completely styled and renovated to create a unique inner city stay. Formerly owned by the family of renowned author Hal Porter, the cottage was the location for his iconic 1963 novel, The watcher on the cast iron balcony. This apartment is located on the 8th floor of the ONLY Flemington, opposite Flemington Racecourse. The balcony and main bedroom offer beautiful City View. There is one basement car space which is also accessible by lift. Guests also have full access the rooftop Infinity Pool and Gym (But "Recreational Facilities only open for use from 6:00am to 10:00pm"). Minutes to the CBD and seconds from public transport, City Link and shopping.
