Stableside is my uniquely situated first floor appartment full of charm and history. Originally the grooms accommodation for the historic Hartrigge House , it offers peace and quiet and an amazing homely atmosphere. The building is Grade C listed and accessed by a spiral staircase.Experience wildlife and dark skies from your garden too. The garde Jedburgh is within easy reach so you have the best of both worlds. This is a safe haven for walkers, golfers , fishermen, families and riders alike

Kelso Apartment King Bed + Living room .***

Forestgrove is a Georgian House built in 1837 in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders . Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea, coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

Cairns Braw Kelso - comfortable, town location

Situated in the old market town of Kelso in the Scottish Borders, the flat is just off the cobbled square and within a short walk of the picturesque River Tweed. Offering spacious accommodation for 4 people in two bedrooms. A large kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own hearty meals, however Kelso has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes. Convenient for the races, events at Springwood, beautiful countryside and just an hours drive from Edinburgh.

Kelso East Wing Maxwell Place ideal for 1-4, max 6

For 2-3 guests in 2 beds, book 4 guests. For 3-5 guests in 2 beds + 1 bunk, book 5. To use both bunks book 6. East Wing is an annexe of Maxwell Place, a Grade B (II) listed mansion dating from 1806, a short level walk to the square, riverside, shops, pubs, take-aways and restaurants, abbey, churches, bus and taxi stances. With own parking and private entrance, a spacious warm and comfortable 1st floor 3-bed annexe with kitchen, living room, boot/bike lobby and bathroom with free standing tub.

Apothecary House on Kelso Square

Apothecary House is a spacious, historic second-story apartment overlooking The Square in the charming Scottish Borders town of Kelso. Built in 1795, the flat features old world charm and modern amenities: two comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining room, modern shower room, and massive lounge with luxe leather sofas and an incredible view of the town square and clocktower. Perfect for a family or couples, the beauty of the Borders is at the doorstep of Apothecary House.

Relax in Aliona, our spacious cottage in a peaceful little village just 2 miles from the market town, Kelso. Great base to explore Northumberland coast & for touring the Borders, by car, foot or bike. Aliona is more than pet friendly! 🐾🐾 The cottage is one level with 2 bedrooms , a kingsize with ensuite shower room, a twin room & a family bathroom. The conservatory looks onto the south facing patio & fully enclosed private garden. Enjoy indoor & alfresco eating areas. Ample parking.

Bartlehill is a traditional, stone built pet friendly semi-detached cottage situated in beautiful rural countryside in the heart of the Scottish Borders. Overlooking the Cheviot Hills, the cottage sits in a quiet, elevated position and affords stunning views over the surrounding rolling countryside. Set between the lovely Border towns of Kelso and Coldstream, located along a private road it is the perfect haven to visit with family & friends & explore all the borders has to offer.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

The cosy and inviting bedroom has a sumptuous Super King bed with top quality linen. There is Wifi and in the lounge a Smart Tv, just bring your Netflix codes for a snug night on the sofa. The apartment's access is directly off of the cobbled street a stones throw from the town square.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.
