Our stay at Tom's condo at the Hawaiian Princess was a great way to start our Hawaiian vacation. The view was everything that was advertised along with the privilege of viewing local sea life right from the balcony. During our stay, the condo experienced some mechanical issues. Tom was quick to respond and what couldn't be fixed immediately, Tom monetarily compensated us to offset the inconvenience. Previous reviews referenced the homeless encampment in this area of Oahu. Yes , they are there but never felt unsafe at the condo. One family enjoyed the private beach and ate a l9cal restaurant which was recommended by another Hawaiian Princess guest. For those who want to stay out of the hectic zone of Honolulu or Waikiki, the west side of Oahu in Waianea is worth the drive.

This was the perfect place for our family to spend our Hawaiian vacation. The secluded community that this complex was in was very safe and very quiet. Enjoyed that we were able to roam around the entire community without fear of dealing with homeless encampments like the rest of the island. The condo was perfect for a family of five with very nice amenities. If I was to ask for one thing, it would be more supplies as there was not enough shampoo or toilet paper to suffice a family of five for 10 days.

Great place to stay, highly recommend especially if you have kids. They had all the beach stuff you will need (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). They also had a pack n play and a high chair for littles. The resort itself has a great pool and beach access. They let kids feed the fish every morning too which was a fun activity for my 19 month old. Was also really nice being on the ground floor. We could open up the slider and let our little guy run in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

We went to Vinny’s apartment for our 1st time in Honolulu and it was absolutely perfect!! There’s lots of historical sites walking distance from the Airbnb and the apartment was beautiful, amazing city view! Close to everything. The free parking spot is such a plus since hotels everywhere in Hawaii charge extra for parking. Staff was also very nice and so helpful, we want to come again next year! Thank you Vinny!

We wanted a family vacation that wasn’t the typical crowded Honolulu / Waikiki experience. Kathleen’s unit did not disappoint. Secure facility, clean grounds, an excellent pool with sauna, the beach was semi-private with only a handful of people on the beach at any one time (all friendly, by the way), the unit itself was clean, well appointed and exactly as advertised. The view - Unparalleled. The sunsets from the apartment were unbelievable. Kathleen is very helpful in providing a lot of information up front, so we were well-prepared for any contingency when we arrived. She was also extremely responsive with any communication once on-site as well. Definitely can recommend both Kathleen and this unit.

I really enjoyed my stay at this one-bedroom condo in Hawaii! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location was super convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The building felt safe and had nice extras like a pool. The host was easy to communicate. Overall, a great place to stay! I’d definitely come back.

Thu's unit was exactly as described in the listing. We had our family of 5, and we were super comfortable the entire stay. Two large bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, welcoming living room, kitchen, and beautiful lanai. The complex or resort the unit is in Ko Olina Beach Villas was very well-run, with beautiful pools and grounds. All common areas were incredibly clean and the building seemed to be very well run by management there. My kids loved the pools, we loved the peacefulness of the pool area compared to the experiences we've had at the two neighboring resorts Marriott and Disney. We would love to return to Thu's unit and KOBV on our next vacation!

We had a lovely stay at Melissa’s condo in Ko Olina. We visited for a friend’s wedding at the four seasons. The location was perfect as we were able to walk to and from the wedding. Also within walking distance were the Aulani resort for families who like Disney and a few restaurants. The condo is situated right on the beach in a resort with a couple of pools ( which we did not ). The condo was sparkling clean, well outfitted with beach gear, and it was great to have a designated parking spot, 24-hr front desk, and well-equipped gym. Would stay again if we ever return to Oahu.

Beautiful place with amazing views! Was a low key area, so very quiet in the evenings and mornings. Never felt crowded. The pool area is pretty small so chairs can be a little hard to come by. Place had all the beach items we needed including chairs (none on the beach unless pay through a vendor, also no personal umbrellas allowed), beach toys, cooler, and wagon. Washer and dryer was great to have in room. Kitchen had all the necessities we needed to cook meals in room and on the grill. Family had an amazing week, thank you!

Great place in the north shore! Turtle beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the condo. We would play at the beach and then come back to swim in the pool. The wagon with the beach chairs and floaties were key and a hit with the kids. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the north shore. Close to food trucks, the mill, and sunrise shack. Need a car but everything is a short drive. Would love to return!

We loved our stay, exactly what we were looking for…. A beautiful sandy beach right outside of our door, without the crowds of tourist beaches. Turtles catching waves with us, along with dolphin and whale sightings from our lanai. If you do your research and understand that you are staying at an older place without all the fancy stuff, this place is exactly as described. This is old Hawaii, locals Hawaii.. the drive to the condo is sad with so many locals forced to live on the beach as Hawaii’s cost of living has become too much, along with the dire consequences of substance use.. understand you will see that. If that’s not for you to see, this isn’t the place. The condo was CLEAN and very comfortable, with everything you could need. Time your adventures right and arrive “home” in the evening then you won’t have a problem with traffic!

My family just returned from a truly wonderful vacation at the Hawaiian Princess. Mary’s place was perfect - very clean, cozy, and quiet. My husband is a go-go-go type of guy who has a hard time sitting still, and he said that this is the most relaxed he’s ever been. It’s not located in a walkable neighborhood, but after spending all day playing in the soft sand of the beach, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and napping between beach time, we were all ready to sleep once the sun went down. We happened to have big waves the entire time we were there due to NW winds, which meant no swimming out into the water for us, but my young kids had fun watching body surfers as well as playing in the swash. Mary was always quick to respond, which made our stay that much more pleasant and easy. We would love to come back for another stay!

This condo was perfect for our stay on the north shore! The host answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The pool is located right outside the unit which was very convenient. It is a short drive to amazing beaches and delicious food trucks. We would definitely stay here again !

If you’re considering booking this property DO IT!!! My family of 4 had an amazing time at Rick’s place. It was the perfect relaxing Hawaiian getaway. There was plenty of living space for everyone with gorgeous views from all the balconies. The grounds are well maintained making the property truly feel like paradise. One pleasant surprise was the sidewalk behind the complex that allowed access to the Marriott property next door and the Disney hotel on the other side. We were also able to walk to Monkeypod one evening for dinner and Roy’s another evening. No one wanted to leave!

This was an amazing place to stay that fit all of our needs! There are beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas at the condo for guests to use which we loved. It was easy to find, a comfortable place to stay, and the hosts are so helpful and will respond quickly if you need anything. We’d stay again! The AC unit can be loud when it kicks on so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

Michael s place is beautiful inside and out. We loved the location and the ability to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset, or walk the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee and groceries. Great decor, and well stocked with the necessities. Great communication before, during and after. Overall a wonderful Hawaiian experience Mahalo

Matt was a great host and the place was so beautiful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Check in was super easy- Matt was very helpful. The hotel was perfect, we had a great view of the sunset over the ocean. The room was clean and spacious, and the resort itself was beautiful. The pools were clean, and the ocean cove was spectacular to swim in. Pretty centrally located to everything, i would highly recommend booking here.

Teri is a truly wonderful host, she was extremely warm and welcoming and was quick to respond to any questions I had. The home was quite organized and accommodated for many of our needs during our stay. It had everything anyone would want to truly enjoy the nearby lagoons. The place felt so at home and I can't wait to come back to it.

Nice beach house. Little busier road than expected to get to the beach, but liked the access to the nice beach and easy access to local attractions.

We would definitely stay here again. From the location to the amenities, Connie's place was instantly easy to acclimate to. As a host, she was incredibly helpful, flexible and kind even when we experienced a delay with travel. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Diana's place was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was clean, it had plenty of beach toys, comfy beds, a decent view and the pool was beautiful with beach access to the lagoons. The kitchen was well stocked. In the exterior, there's a bar by the pools, and live music in the evenings. The location was central for all of our desired activities. It's in a manicured, family friendly, walkable and safe community with restaurants right across the street from the resort. The resort staff is friendly. Just loved it so much and we hope to return.

Exactly what we were hoping for! The Marriott is a gorgeous hotel with tons of amenities. Our young kids loved the lagoon pool, and the bay is perfect for all ages. The room was exactly as advertised and had a fabulous ocean and marina view! Michael was incredibly responsive and communicative. We were able to meet him since he was also staying at the resort…a truly nice individual! We hope to come back to Oahu in the near future, and we won’t hesitate to book Michael’s place whenever it’s available!

Great place to spend time on the North Shore. Condo was very clean and the AC worked great. Lots of beach gear was provided and we used it everyday. The nearby hiking trails and grounds at the Turtle Bay/Ritz are worth checking out. Would definitely stay here again next time we vacation in the North Shore. Thank you!

Perfect location on Island. Away from busy Honolulu but access to all. Beautiful beach view in resort area. Grills for cooking close walk. Plenty to do right in the neighborhood. Easy indoor parking.
