Mars Hill Farm Tiny House Cottage

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences!! LOL! The Holiday Tree House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space after a day at the Lake! The Holiday TreeHouse is a cozy 1 bedroom house that is designed with a Birds Eye view of all the trees! You will fall in love with the luxury feel of this home all while feeling like you’re in the trees. The home has an airy feel to it! You will have access to the neighborhood boat ramp, and swim area. This home is close to all the local restaurants, lake access, and fun things to do around Cedar Creek Lake.

Quiet cottage with privacy from the main house with plenty of room to park your boat or lake toys! Has a locked gate at night so you don’t have to worry about your boat or vehicles. Only 7 miles from public boat ramp on Cedar Creek Lake. Plenty of restaurants and stores 10 minutes away. Our small cottage is perfect for single travelers or couples!

The R&R Retreat ~ Terrell

Relax at the R&R Retreat ~ Terrell, a 3BR/1BA home in a quiet country setting. Enjoy peaceful views of a nearby ranch pond and grazing cattle from the backyard. A perfect escape to unwind! Note: No pets allowed due to allergy concerns. Unauthorized pets violate house rules and will incur a $300 fee per pet.
