An exclusive Penthouse (8th Floor) 110 sqm apartment with a huge 170 sqm veranda overlooking the sea of Saronikos Gulf, in front of Flisvos beach, giving total sense of privacy. It is a perfect combination between sea, sky and urban environment. It has a big living room and a kitchen with a table for 4 people surrounding of glass veranda doors for an unobstructing view. It has a big bedroom, actually two normal bedrooms in one, with gym bicycle, bench, weights, mat, an office desk and 2 closets.

A beautiful, detached house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the sea, ideal if you want to experience the magic of peace, quiet and a home away from home. House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away. Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
