35 sqm bright and cosy studio flat on houseboat placed in the very center of Copenhagen but still quiet surroundings, sleeps two to 3 persons. (2 beds that sleeps 3) + extra mattress. Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area on deck. We have central heating, so the temperature is comfortable all year round. The houseboat has in each end of the ship to seperate appartments with seperate entrances from outside, seperate kichens, seperat baths and seperate deck. very charming

Well equipped kitchen with dining area and your own patio area with view. Central heating, temperature is always nice. The bathroom/toilet is small! Fra stuen er der udgang til en skøn terrasse hvor du kan nyde den unikke udsigt, morgen-middag & aftensol. Tag en dukkert eller nyd en tur på supboard. Underetagen: 3 værelser: 1 værelse med dobbeltseng & terrasse. 1 børneværelse med 1 enkelt seng 90x200cm. 1 børneværelse med enkelt seng 80x200cm mulighed for 160x200cm seng. Stort flot badeværelse.

The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. Blue Raft 1 - Unqiue floating camping

Nyd Københavns blå bynatur fra Blue Raft, som I selv sejler til, og hvor I har de perfekte rammer for samvær. En oplevelse som både egner sig til kæresteparret, vennerne og børnefamilien. På soldækket har I bord og bænke samt et hegn, som skærmer for vind. I sovesektionen, der kan låses indefra, er der plads til fire voksne inklusiv bagage, og der er installeret lys, madrasser, gardiner, lyskæder, panorama view. Der medfølger en robåd og to Stand-Up Paddleboards i hele lejeperioden.

New and modern houseboat close to downtown Copenhagen. This is a complete home with everything you need. Kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, and an indoor gated parking spot. You have several grocery shops 1 minute away. You are only approx 15-20 minutes away from downtown Copenhagen with public transportation (the metro, bus or the Copenhagen harbor ferry). NOTE: you can jump right into the water directly from the boat!
