I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Nirmal's place is beautifuly tucked away right next to porvorim. WHile it has access to major shopping centres and outlets it reamins a quiet and peaceful locality. The pool was clean. The house itself is exactly as described and everything was in order. We made our christmas meal in the house as well. All appliances are functional. We had absolutely no issues with regard to the house. The host was gracious enough to send us a bottle of wine to celebrate Christmas and also did not artificially inflate his pricing just because it was the season. A true gentleman. Parking was dedicated outdoor space. Waste disposal was easily managed. Wifi connectivity was good as airtel had no signal in the location. AC, waching machine and all other applicances are in working condition and the rooms are spacious. The house also had a gas stove. Overall it was a comforting and relaxing experience and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay.

I had an amazing stay at Almas’ Airbnb near Baga Beach. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities to make it feel like home. One of the best parts was the daily cleaning service, which kept the place fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Almas was a fantastic host -friendly, helpful with recommendations, yet gave complete privacy without any unnecessary interference. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from all the best restaurants, beach attractions, and nightlife spots, making it super convenient. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and private stay near Baga Beach, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

The first ever stay I booked on Airbnb and the standards have been set high now! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very artistic, peaceful, clean and spacious apartment. It had everything to make you feel at home! Sakil was very helpful. The stove had some problem but Sakil made sure that it was fixed, even though we told him it’s alright as it is. The society, the apartment, the entire experience was on point! Definitely recommending this place!!

The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

We were hosting a family reunion of 16 adults ranging from 65/85 yrs old The 8 en suite bedrooms and a staff of 3 made our stay very comfy. Pankaj the caretaker was always around to handle our queries, and Chef Anup did an amazing job catering to all our meals, including a fab barbecue. We’d definitely recommend this villa for a large get together.

Great Host, the location was peaceful and private

We had a lovely 6 nights at Angira’s place. It is clean, well located and surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants. Communication was smooth with Angira and the property caretaker was very helpful as well. There are a couple of villas which have now been built behind the house which can be a little noisy at times, but nothing that couldn’t be handled. A welcome addition to the wonderfully designed flat would be a microwave. All in all, would love to come back!

It was absolutely lovely staying here, the villa is part of a gated community with amenities like Tennis, pickleball, squash, gym, games room, a big swimming pool while the villa itself is super clean with amazing interiors and has a private pool of itself. The Host is great, very responsive, you can get in touch with him anytime and he will help you out in anything You need. Overall it is one the best places to stay in North Goa, You’ll want to keep returning to this place again and again.

it's the best stay for large group, it gives the ancient goan vibes, one would feel travelling back in time and reliving the goan life, the goan architect the doors everything about the stay is unique. if one doesn't want to travel, just chill at the stay, this is the best place. Very unique beautiful and amazing experience Big plus point, the house is humongous.

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

Nimish is a very polite and responsive host, and the place is very conveniently located, spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Panjim peacefully away from the bustling centre but close enough to reach quickly by the ubiquitous rental bikes.

This Place is a Gem for group of friends or a Family. Spacious 2bhk Apartment well managed, clean and as good as shown in photos. Its A Luxury at cost of budget. Tarunpreet is a great host always active & responsive. She sorts everything you need to ease your vacation. Safety is well managed with security active 24hours. Definitely will be visiting again. Thank you Tarunpreet for being such a Great Host.

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.
