Our river house with own PRIVATE POOL, was built piece by piece to suit the needs of the people who know how to enjoy, the sunset , the music and river itselfe alone of with few friends still keeping it within the budget. Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day. No parties and gatherings. Airport or similiar transfers we organise!

Postavljen je roštilj. Postavljena klima i TV, Wi-Fi. Postoji pegla i fen za kosu.

The size of the apartment is 55m^2, the layout of the rooms is kitchen with dining room, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025, it was moved in with completely new furniture. There is a cafe just 20 m away, a restaurant 50 m away, and a market 150 m away.
