Our stay felt like a home amidst the mighty hills of Munnar. The drive to the property was an adventure, going up & down the hilly terrain. However, it might be a bit challenging for some. That said, there are people around to guide and help you navigate your way to this serene retreat. We stayed in a pleasant 2BHK home surrounded by a spacious open area with rubber trees all around. A small cowshed and a few hens nestled on the property. The ambience made us feel connected to nature & the warmth of a home. The owners were incredibly hospitable & cooked some homely food for us. The stay has both an internal & an external staircase leading to our floor, with the owners residing on the ground floor. While the internal staircase offers convenience, we felt it slightly blurred the privacy for both guests and hosts, though the owners were respectful & never imposed any restrictions. The main town is about 6 km away, so some travel for shops is required. A pleasant & lovely stay, overall!

This place is a very good weekend getaway for a nature lover which is away from noise and pollution. Surrounded by lush greenery and close to Thattekad bird sanctuary, it is a haven for birds and our kids enjoyed watching them and listening to their sound . The natural pool is a refreshing escape and is free of chemicals. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a homely atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything you may need. Overall, Joseph Sir has created a space which is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a tranquil vacation in a serene environment.

We had a fantastic time during our stay in Munnar. This was our first trip to Munnar, and Asish and his team made it an effortless and enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived in Munnar, Asish’s team took care of everything. They picked us up from Madurai, organized sightseeing tours, planned activities, and even arranged for our return to Madurai. Our driver, Vijay, was an absolute gem. He drove us from Munnar to Madurai and back, making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable journey. Vijay was not only a skilled driver but also a knowledgeable guide. He took us to breathtaking locations and recommended exciting activities to do in Munnar. His flexibility and attentiveness made our trip a breeze. We also had a thrilling off-road jeep safari on the mountains with Nithin. It was an incredible and adventurous experience that we will cherish forever. We had such a lovely stay at Earthen. The location is beautiful and the accommodation has so much character. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area, and the delicious meals provided. Thanks so much.

Camping in the tea forest was an amazing experience. We got to meet alot of interesting people, eat welltasting food, go on hikes to beautiful places, and The hosts are super friendly! I would recommend this to anyone
