Areca County is nestled amidst lush greenery in a calm, serene environment. The resort has five cozy cottages, a dining hall, and a small library/game room. For cycling enthusiasts, bicycles are available to explore the surroundings. The cottages blend village-style architecture with modern amenities, creating a comfortable and rustic feel. However, it would be even better if they provided tea and coffee refreshments in the rooms, as that has become a standard offering in many hotels. The highlight of the property is the verandah, where my family and I spent most of our time. Though we were only in the rooms to sleep, we enjoyed the verandah for reading, chatting, and soaking up the tranquility of nature. The gentle rustling of leaves and birdsong created a peaceful ambiance that made it hard to leave. he food at Areca County is limited in variety and a bit costly, but the taste more than makes up for it. Each dish is simple, delicious, and easy on the stomach.

Amazing place to stay with family or couples All amenities are as per mentioned. Pool was closed (visited January 18) Breakfast could have been better. But still stay was amazing . I recommend and re visit for in future. You have quite many things to do surrounded all within 50KM .

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. There were thoughtful touches throughout — including board games for the kids, which they really enjoyed. The best part was the pickleball court on the enclosed terrace — such a unique feature! Even when it was hot outside, the rooms stayed cool thanks to the AC. The beaches, boating, and tourist attractions were all close by, which made exploring super convenient. Sharat was an excellent host — very responsive and helpful. I’d absolutely stay here again. I belong to Kumta the place where the property is. I stay always in Hotels and I was surprised to see a Airbnb listing in my town. Right from the point of booking Aftab was always friendly quick in communication and this was the always there around checkin and till checkout time. beautiful 1BHK home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The last km is not paved road and complete offroad but well levelled. During heavy rains it may be a challenge here. If you are driving here even in a low sedan also you can reach comfortably. large compound with the vibes of the coast. nearest kumta Beach is 3 kms away. house was beautifully maintained by Aftab. clean kitchen and bathrooms. kitchen has a stove a refrigerator with drinking water and even some basic things required for cooking. with plates/vessels. But we generally carry our own stuff. Backed up with good inverter. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from city take it up. Aftab went out of the way to help me.

We were a group of 5 and stayed at this Airbnb in Murudeshwar — and it truly exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, neat, and spacious, with all the facilities we could ask for — a water purifier, a big Android TV, AC, washing machine, heater, fans, and more. Everything was in perfect working condition, making our stay extremely comfortable. The host was one of the highlights of our experience. He was responsive, polite, calm, and an overall wholesome and kind person. He welcomed us warmly and treated us with great care throughout our stay. His recommendations were also spot on and really helped us explore the location better. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and the price we paid felt completely worth it. We are genuinely satisfied with both the stay and the hosting. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Murudeshwar!

We were seven bikers and everyone liked the stay. Main attraction was how they took care of us and the food. Don’t know how many times we’re given coffee but at the when I asked for bill he just smiled and said ride safely nothing needed. Really felt like we stayed in our relatives home
