Meine Zeit in Wien war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist leicht und schnell mit den Öffis zu erreichen, Sandra und ihr Mann immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Danke!

Lieber Rene, zunächst einmal herzlichen Dank für den netten Kontakt und die sehr schnelle Antwortzeit :-) Die Wohnung hat 5 Sterne absolut verdient: -sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung -sauber und sehr ordentlich -sehr ruhig -tolle Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn über die Straße und Straßenbahn ca. 150 m) -günstiger Tiefgaragenplatz in der Nähe (8,90 Euro/Nacht) Wenn wir wieder nach Wien kommen, dann ganz sicher wieder in diese Wohnung.

This apartment is a lot nicer, cosier and larger than shown in the photos. It has a 70s and 80s feel, the wooden floors are lovely, there are happy house plants and a gorgeous view from the large windows. The balcony looks over the quaint roofs and parkland of the town as well as distant mountains. The couches and beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom is cute and there is thoughtful lighting throughout. A huge plus was that our host provided generous quantities of bath towels, dish towels and plenty of drying racks. There were plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry basics. This really contributed to a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which we partly solved by keeping the bathroom window ajar and the bathroom door shut. Also the toilet pedestal was wobbly. The location is minutes from the train station and the town centre, but is nevertheless beautifully peaceful. Would stay again.

Sehr gemütliches, großes und blitzsauberes Apartment. Wirkt sehr neu und toll in Schuss. Wir haben auch den Garten/die Wiese vorm Haus und den den Kräutergarten sehr genossen 💚 Horst ist außerdem superfreundlich und hilfsbereit!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der tollen Wohnung von Tina, alles war perfekt. Tina ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig, ist gut zu erreichen und ist etwas ganz besonderes. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können Tina als Gastgeberin nur empfehlen, vielen Dank!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war mit den nötigsten Dingen ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem mit ausreichend Platz für 2. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig obwohl in der Nähe die Einkaufsstraße und mehrere Imbisse sind. Ein Frühstückscafe ist schräg gegenüber. Sehr gute Anbindung an die U-BAHN, 5 oder 6 Stationen zum Stephansplatz. Wir hatten unser Auto im Park and Ride Parkhaus Ottakring für 4,50€ am Tag untergestellt und haben die Wochenkrte der Öffis gekauft. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung weiter, und falls wir noch mal in Wien sind, kommen wir wieder.

Wir waren zu zwölft 2 Nächte im Haus. Etwas besonders angenehmes ist, dass es im Ess- und Wohnbereich genug Platz für uns alle gab, sodass wir gemütlich zusammen essen und sitzen konnten. (:

Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Ein super idyllisches Landhaus, in sehr ruhiger Lage mitten in der Waldviertler Natur. Wir waren zu siebt in dem Haus fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumiger, als es von außen wirkt. 100 % Empfehlung.

Ruhige Lage, perfekt mit Hund im angrenzenden Wald.

we had a wonderful stay at Rüdiger's place. the house is beautiful, sunny, and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and everything was clean. Sauna was great. the kitchen was well equipped for all meals that some of the things we bought were unnecessary; even had 2 coffee machines! the forest in the area is great for both long and short walks. it is a really peaceful area for a quiet getaway from the city. Rüdiger himself was super nice and helpful, and always answered questions patiently. He obviously takes care of the place well and it really felt like it. I would really recommend the place!

We stayed for a longer term and I can tell this was a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. Not to mention that the house is spacious and clean. Matthias was very friendly and nice, he always wondered if we are enjoying the stay and if we need anything. In other words, this house was worth it's price for sure! :) Thank you very much!

Wunderschöne Lage, wunderschöne Wohnung - gerade in Zeiten, wo viele Angebote recht seelenlos sind. Die Garage ist gerade in Wien ein toller Bonus, da Parkplätze und Gebühren so ne Sache sind. Super praktisch mit dem Aufzug, toller Ausblick, sehr gute Ausstattung und ein sehr gutes Bett. Außerdem kann man das Schlafzimmer komplett verdunkeln. Und die riesige Dachterrasse ist auch fantastisch. Hach. Dazu sehr angenehme Kommunikation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Sehr schöne und helle Wohnung in wunderbarer Umgebung. Super Ausstattung und absolut sauber. Edith und Claus sind die perfekten Gastgeber, sehr aufmerksam und immer erreichbar. Sogar der Osterhase hat vorbeigeschaut.

Wir sind mit Familie, also 3 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen angereist. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit Kindern war es top. Es gibt einen eingezäunten Garten und draussen auch einen Spielplatz und alles ist gut erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Aleks war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Falls wir wieder einmal nach Wien kommen werden wir bestimmt bei Aleks wohnen.

My experience at Edit and Dieters beautiful apartment was a total delight from start to finish. It is a beautiful house in a lovely quiet, but well connected, suburb of Vienna. Think classy, slightly faded opulence which draws you in and immediately feels like home. The interior decoration was beautifully simple and yet we wanted for nothing. Edit and Dieter were very responsive but allowed us to enjoy our stay without over involved patrons. They are fountains of information if you ask but won't dominate you. I would love to come back one day when the carpet of Spring flowers are fully opened and the trees in full leaf. Look out for the pair of little black squirrels which play in the pine trees, they are gorgeous. I really hope the stars align for a revisit in the not too distant future.

Un vrai petit cocon, décoré avec soin et très bien équipé, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Le logement est bien situé pour visiter Vienne. Deux possibilités pour rejoindre Vienne : trajet en train ou en voiture jusqu'au P+R hutteldorf (4,50 € la journée). Ensuite, le métro vous emmène facilement au cœur de la ville. Un grand merci à Johanna pour son accueil si chaleureux et sa gentillesse. On a adoré notre séjour.

nice and peaceful garden apartment, away from hectic Vienna but still 20 minutes away by train. Train station is 5 minutes away with 4 trains per hour for either directions to Vienna or St Polten. Hector and Sarah was really nice and accommodating, they asked me in advance what kind of bed arrangements needed for our family. Furthermore, they have two amazing and super friendly big dogs (Alaskan malamute and Siberian Husky) which really made us feel like home. would've booked more nights if we knew about the dogs. I recommend Hector and Sarah's for anyone looking for peaceful accommodation near Vienna, especially if you're a dog person.
