"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

The Mainstay

The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. It features a fully functional kitchen, a large shower with bench, a bidet, a 55" HD TV, an electric fireplace feature, and an outdoor patio and fire pit. Enjoy this unique stay with lush and natural surroundings while retaining modern-day conveniences.

Whispering Cielo cottage in a quiet river village.

This whimsical one bedroom home offers an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, and is furnished with antiques, heirlooms and assorted treasures collected by the owners in their travels as antique dealers. We provide cozy sitting areas to relax, reflect,and enjoy Sabin and Patch the resident horses. Located in a rural riverside village that offers a unique ice cream shop providing a variety of specialty foods, and a wine shop with food and jazz. Both are within walking distance.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Perfect location for the traveling worker. Kick your feet up at McGill Compass Inn and enjoy the peaceful scenery in our rural location. Enjoy the morning with a cup of coffee and a view of the pasture as the horse's graze below. Location is about 15 minutes away from Lima, and other smaller towns are about 10 minutes away. *Approximately 25 minutes to the Refinery/ Tank Plant; also 20 minutes to area hospitals. Accepting short term, weekly, & monthly stays.

Good selection of restaurants located close to property. Minimum 2 night stay.

Rental includes an upstairs living area/bedroom; downstairs includes fully equipped kitchen, full bath with shower, and garage space you can set-up folding tables and chairs to enjoy a meal.

The HVAC system has a charcoal filter with UV light purification to help deactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms. Management is just next door or a call away if you need anything else!

Custom Designed Country Guesthouse

Wow - space and flexibility! Upstairs apartment has bedroom w/2 queen beds and a foldout single sofa in private living room nook. Downstairs bedroom has custom designed Amish furniture w/a queen size convertible Murphy bed / sofa to allow for extra space during the day. Includes large screen TV, recliner and large desk for teleworkers.
