Holiday Hill Captains Cottage 720

The rentals at Holiday Hill sit atop a dune with a commanding view the Kalamazoo River and the city of Saugatuck. The Sundeck and pool area provide front row seats for catching rays and watching boats on the river. The hilltop offers a retreat from the bustle of summer yet is only steps away from the chain ferry to town shops, art galleries, and restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach. Morning coffee on the Sundeck as the town awakens is as magical as evening cocktails under the stars.

Walk Downtown! Fall bargains! Cute&bright

Great space one block from the heart of Saugatuck. Walk anywhere you need to go in town. Stroll to the restaurants, bars , shopping and all that Saugatuck has to offer. Oval beach as been named one of the best beaches in Michigan and is only a 5 min drive. Or, walk to the chain ferry and hike down to the beach. Explore Holland, just a 10 min drive north, Fennville and wineries 10 min south. Unwind at the Gem with a glass of wine on the private enclosed porch. Private parking space included.

A Step Away: | Rendezvous – Walk to Town

Our neighborhood abuts the Peterson Nature Preserve and our home can be rented with (if available) one/both of our adjacent two bedroom homes (a fence with a gate separates the homes) if more space is desired. Downtown Saugatuck is a short walk away and Douglas and Oval Beach are easy drives. Enjoy all of the amenities provided indoors and outdoors. All "A Step Away" guests receive a discount when shopping our local store during their stay. Lastly, we're dog friendly (w/approval & fee).
