Located off the Back of the Dragon Trail & bordered by Hungry Mother State Park along with George Washington & Jefferson National Forest. Nearby multiple wilderness areas, superb mountain stream fishing, small lake fishing, swimming area & beach, wildlife management areas & miles of trails offer tons of natural amenities and outdoor opportunities.

Beautiful country setting with fishing ponds and privacy. Free fish for fun for cabin guest only C/R .Catfish tournaments are on weekends till end of September..Lake Steven's ,Ace Adventures , Grandview,Twin Falls, and New River Gorge . Gas grill/ Fire pit available. We are on FB( Capt -N -Cliff's Pay Lake) This is country living at its best! Enjoy petting our miniature donkeys and horses !Tons of wildlife and peaceful walking trails. Bait shop with pole rental available. No pets allowed.

Step back in time with this original 1890s Appalachian solar powered off grid cabin. The cabin has been renovated with all the modern conveniences: solar-powered and includes hot water, gas stove, full bathroom w/ shower, refrigerator, sleeper sofa folds out to queen size bed. With each stay fresh towels and linens are furnished. Kitchen, hot/cold kitchen sink, K cup friendly coffee machine and more! Covered front porch with bench and 2 rockers. Off the porch is a picnic table and gas grill.

Cozy 1 Bedroom fully furnished apartment with own entrance that is in the basement of our beautiful Historic Home in Bluefield West Virginia. We live upstairs. Quiet, respectful guests only. Amenities include wifi, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, snacks, drinks, coffee and tea provided Large dining area and spacious kitchen. Queen size pillow top bed with 1200 thread count sheets. Large L shaped sectional and big screen tv. With electric fireplace on those chilly nights.

Warrior Trail Lodging, LLC The Caretta Cottage

Located approximately 6 minutes to War, WV and HMT trailhead. A Short, nice ride to the Wilmore Dam, and to High Rocks. NEW ADDITIONAL PARKING FOR LARGE TRAILERS across the street from the Cottage. In addition to approximately 50 ft. in front, 40 ft. in back, 30 ft. on the side of the cottage. SEE PARKING PHOTOS. We are on Rt 16, part of the ”Head of the Dragon” Motorcycle Riding Route in Caretta, WV. You will have easy on/off access to “Warrior Trail” from Caretta or War.

Come enjoy quiet seclusion on a 210 acre farm located 5 miles from Winterplace ski resort and Weathered Grounds Brewery and only 3 miles off the Ghent exit! Self check-in on a private half mile long road. Feed the fish with two ponds full of blue gill, coy, bass and catfish. Hike or mountain bike on miles of trails throughout the property! Then come drink hot chocolate next to the fireplace, or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the covered porch!

Large fire pit area with dried fire wood. Large 12ft x 12ft outdoor hammock beside fire pit. Park Series charcoal grill outside.

Enjoy Wilmore Dam, or perhaps a day at Berwind Lake trout fishing, or hiking. This can be purchased with the main house or as a stand alone unit. If purchased together the price will be reduced to $40 a night. Guest will have entire space to themselves.

You can purchase beef, pork, and chicken to cook while you’re here or bring a cooler and take some home.
