דירת סטודיו מרווחת במרכז העיר

**אין מקלט (או ממ"ד) בבניין** דירת חדר מרווחת במיקום מושלם במרכז העיר עם גישה נוחה לכל מקום - תחנת האוטובוסים המרכזית במרחק 2 דקות, רחוב הרצל, ככר העצמאות, שוק העיר, קניון השרון וחופי הים של נתניה - כולם במרחק הליכה, וגם כל הרחובות המרכזיים (סמילנסקי, שמואל הנציב, הרצל, שדרות בנימין). הדירה מוארת, מרווחות ונעימה מאוד ונמצאת בקומה 2 (אין מעלית). הרחוב שוקק במשך שעות היום, אבל חלונות הדירה לא בחזית ואין רעש. בשעות הערב הרחוב שקט מאוד. חניון מוזל משעה 14.00 נמצא ממול. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך :)

NOTE: it's an old building with 90 steps/stairs and no elevator. great opportunity to stay fit during you stay :)

Está situado en el mejor punto del centro de la ciudad de Tiberias, justo frente al mar de Galilea, solo tienes que cruzar la calle para disfrutar del mar. Está a sólo siete minutos minutos caminando del malecón turístico! El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario y tiene una linda terraza donde podrás gozar de una espectacular vista al mar disfrutar de aire puro y recargarte de energía y vitalidad!

Vintage style Cozy and homely 3-room apartment. Located on the first floor of the house. The apartment has a spacious balcony at the entrance ] a large and flourishing garden with outdoor siting areas. A few steps away from two beaches with easy access - Blue Bay Beach and Sanz Beach (a beach separated for the religious). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, a rich coffee corner and a dining area. A/C in all rooms. The living room can be used as another bedroom.

The apartment is in an old stone house and has characteristics of the construction period of the twenties and thirties - windows and doors with large openings, balconies to all rooms. The apartment has three separate air conditioners, one in each bedroom and a large one in the living room.
