White Oak Room - White Oak Manor

The White Oak Manor is a 1920’s home built by the first county extension agent in the Greek revival style that was so popular during the turn of the century. We are located in the Historic District of Jefferson, the Bed & Breakfast Capital of Texas. Come take a step back in time when life was not so fast-paced and hectic. Rosa Bland - Carriage House Bed and Breakfast

This beautiful room located off of the parlor in the main house of our Jefferson Bed and Breakfast is adorned with burgundy, blue and shades of pink, perfect for the Victorian setting created by the antique furniture. This lovely room features a tall Queen size bed and a small but quaint bathroom with a step in shower. If you are looking for modern day convenience, this room has a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure and a small sitting area. This romantic room will take you back to a gentler and unhurried time.

The Ruth Lester Cottage

The roomy "Ruth Lester" Cottage features a clawfoot tub and stand up shower, great for relaxation! It has a flat screen TV and Two full size beds! This inviting room is nestled in the cottages off of the Garden Courtyard and has its own private entrance. Easy access to popular shops and restaurants, downtown is steps away. Waterhouse Cottage

Need a secluded cottage away from the activity? Then the Col. Richard Waterhouse Room is perfect for you. This retro "Shabby Chic" room features a queen bed, small sitting area and a retro small refrigerator and microwave. The room has a full bath with a walk in shower. The Captain William Perry room

The inviting Captain William Perry room is done in classic B&B style with a warm feel. Amenities include a flat screen TV, queen size bed and a private bathroom. This room is located off our lobby restaurant area so there is lots of activity nearby. It has easy access to our downtown shops, restaurants and museums because you are just steps away from downtown. Daniel Alley Cottage - Carriage House B & B

This Spacious room features a queen bed, sitting area, and electric fireplace. It also has a small kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave and sink with a front and back porch and small secluded yard and a walk in shower. Our two course gourmet breakfast is included in your stay. if you have mobility problems this is a standard Brass Bed and is a few inches higher than a normal bed so please take that into consideration before booking this room.

Caddo room

This large Comfortable room is decorated in natural tones and is sure to relax. It is located in the back of the Sam Houston House and has a Queen size bed with a full bath with a combination bath/shower. This room also has access to the common areas in the house consisting of the living room, dining room and a full kitchen. Mrs. Kennedy's Room - Kennedy Manor

The home was built in 1860 and is located in the historic district, just 1 block from downtown shopping and dining. Come relax and rock your worries away on the large wrap around front porch or unwind in the library. Or for our more musically inclined guests, enjoy the baby grand piano in the parlor. All of our guest will enjoy a full breakfast each morning in our main dining room at 9:00 am.

Roseville Bed and Breakfast - Jenna Room

Roseville is a charming Bed and Breakfast located on Highway 80, five miles west of Marshall, Texas. It has been voted Hometown Best Bed and Breakfast in Marshall for the years 2002 through 2019. Included in your stay is a home-cooked breakfast and complimentary home-baked cookies or other sweet delectables.
