Welcome to our private, cozy garden apartment, conveniently located near Tulane University and 4 miles to the French Quarter. You'll be close to Audubon Park, the streetcar, and Freret Street. You'll be on a safe, quiet, tree-lined street centrally located in New Orleans. Off street parking included! Dogs are allowed with a $75 pet fee. They must be vaccinated and flea-free, and not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up your furry friend’s mess in the provided receptacle in the backyard.

Clementine's Room on Bayou St John

Clementine's Room is a lovely hideaway in Mid City on Bayou St. John. It is simply a bedroom/bath with tile shower, washer/dryer, and king bed. The door is next to a gazebo for outdoor time and the desk can be arranged for 2 to dine inside. There is a large Roku tv for streaming shows, a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & coffee funnel for making morning coffee or tea, and dishes & flatware for heating up a snack. Also, it can be combined with our Sweet Suite for 2bed/2bath family booking

Welcome to the Crayon Box! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located home in Mid-City. Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route!
