Exactly as described and pictured. One block from St. Charles trolley made getting around easy. Very clean, and all needed basics provided. Would stay again. For those with mobility issues, be aware, 17 steps between first and second floors.

Great spot for a family of five to walk to the French Quarter or hop on the trolley to head to the Garden District or City Park area. Place was clean and had everything we needed for a few days. We would return in the future.

We were very happy staying here. The location is outstanding and the space is clean and well laid out. We would definitely return!

I’ve visited New Orleans many times, and this was my favorite spot to stay by far. The uptown location is incredible (in a walkable, safe, quiet neighborhood filled with lots of flowers, steps from the streetcar), and the apartment is clean and spacious. The two bed/two bath set-up is perfect for two couples! Ryan provided lots of local food & drink reccs, which rocked. Couldn’t ask for more! A great home base in NOLA

We had a great stay in New Orleans. The house was in a convenient location. Close to restaurants and bars. Public transportation was easy to navigate and driving to the French Quarter was easy when we chose to do that. Great house and great hosts.

Jeanne is an excellent host that takes great care of her property. Loved staying in her apartment and were able to get wherever we needed by walking. Did use a car a few times and it was reasonable as in middle of city. Would love to stay again on next return. Great suggestion from Jeanne. A gem of a place to stay, don’t miss an opportunity to stay if available.

Cecilia and Henry were friendly and helpful. Their place was wonderful: spacious, clean and comfortable. They made our tenth Jazz Fest fantastic!

a straight shot into the French Qtr, about 20min walk tonthe middle of the action. there is a whole foods about 20min the other direction, though parts of that area are a bit sketchy. bed is comfy. has a great coffee maker. easy to find parking.

Great space if you want to stay on Frenchman in the middle of NoLa’s music scene. The balcony was our favorite. The AC worked great. We loved the space and we felt right at home.

The unit was great, clean and just what we needed. There’s a neighborhood market and a great little coffee spot just around the corner with great breakfast. The location was very close to public transportation and takes a quick 20-minute bus ride to get to the French Quarter and river tours. The hosts were very accommodating and graciously afforded us a last-minute late checkout. We will definitely book again when we return to NOLA. Thank you!

As someone that comes to New Orleans every couple years, this was by far one of our best stays, in large part due to where we stayed. The location is perfect for our needs — close to family, lots of great food nearby, a close walk with the dog to the park, and with the Quarter easily accessible. The house was clean and cozy with a medium-sized shady fenced-in side yard that made hanging outside with family and the dog super pleasant.

Khalil's place is in a great location... walking distance to Frenchmen St. and the French Quarter. His home is comfortable and more than enough space for the two of us. Communication A+ We look forward to staying there again in the future!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this place. So sweet and charming- exactly like the photos! And Jeannette is a PRO. From the little extras- (pint glasses in the freezer, snacks/coffee pods on arrival) to the local recommendations and casual conversation. Fastidiously clean! Plenty of towels, pillows, linens, etc. Air conditioning works great! This place rates super high! Treme is a historic neighborhood worthy of exploration and located right where you wanna be between NOMA and the FQ. Planning a return visit and planning to stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this location. Jim is incredibly helpful and attentive. His property is beautiful and peaceful. The location is situated well within the city to get anywhere you want to go with ease. My tip: enjoy your coffee or evening cocktail in the garden or on the balcony. You will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely time staying at this condo during a weekend trip to New Orleans. This airbnb is located across the river and was easily accessible by ferry to get to the city. It is a bit of a farther rideshare to get there fyi, about 20 min to French Quarter. It felt very safe and quiet in the neighborhood, and we enjoyed going to a couple of local spots such as Congregation Coffee and Barracuda Tacos nearby. There is a walking/jogging trail along the river that is nice to enjoy the views and spend time outdoors. The actual condo was very comfortable, accurate to its description. Comfortable for 2 people. Very clean and amenities were included which was helpful as well. We would definitely recommend staying at Bea's!

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

Loved it! Super clean and comfy. Close enough to get to the quarter in ten/fifteen minutes but with a price friendlier to the budget traveler. Don’t forget to bring your own shampoo and such. Otherwise, everything you need is there.

The Right Place was just right for us! The space was clean and welcoming, and Katrina was a responsive and proactive host. The location was great—walkable and calm. We loved our stay!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Ian's place when we were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We loved how easy it was to walk to Canal Street for the big Endymion parade on the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend. We were also easy walking distance (about 1 block) from a yummy restaurant where we had a nice breakfast. There is a grocery store incredibly close as well, which came in handy to stock the fully-equipped kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Ian gave us a lot of great information in advance so we better understood the parade situation and how to best enjoy it. He also furnished the rental with folding chairs for our use during the parade, and sunscreen, too! The house itself was very nice and spacious. We actually hung out there more than we expected to. It was nice to have a comfortable place away from the chaos of the French Quarter area, and we even did some laundry with the full washer and dryer provided.
