The Mustard Seed- A cozy tiny home

Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Basic Small Cabin with Lake Access

Our cozy cabin is nestled amongst green, leafy trees at the end of a lagoon of the great Lake Douglas but Sevierville with all it’s tourist attractions is only 10 minutes down the road. Dollywood Pigeon Forge 25 minutes and Gatlinburg ski resort 40 minutes drive. The area offers plenty of fun to make your visit an unforgettable one. And when you’re done running around you can relax by the lake (when the water is high in the summer months) or enjoy a romantic evening by the indoor fire place.

Near Lakes, C-N, National Parks & Entertainment

Experience East Tennessee living on a farmette in Jefferson County, TN that boasts peaceful views of mountains and countryside. Our guesthouse is equipped with all the comforts of home plus plenty of space to let you relax while still being minutes from downtown Jefferson City, home of C-N Univ. Start your day with coffee on the large covered back porch while planning your day at Cherokee or Douglas Lake, exploring the Great Smoky Mountains or Panther Creek State Park, or visting Dollywood

Extremely private area detached from the main house on the property, and ample area to park your boat. Literally minutes from the public Shady Grove boat launch and boat and jet ski rentals. 6 minutes from Interstate 40, and about 30 minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge areas, so you can get to your destinations quickly, and then come back to peace and quiet at night.

Welcome to this NEW & private studio loft! Perfect for a quick getaway, this cozy space is nestled on a hill with distant views of the Smoky Mountains. Centrally located in Sevierville, less than 25 miles from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, AND downtown Knoxville. Just minutes from exit 407 on I-40. Close to it all, but away from the congestion. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this location will provide you with a convenient base from which to explore all that East TN has to offer!

Mountain View Guest Cottage

Guest cottage in Tennessee's 2nd oldest town of Dandridge, near Douglas Lake. Located 45 minutes to Gatlinburg, 35 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25-30 minutes to Sevierville and Knoxville. Perfect place for people on the go and needing a place to sleep and get ready. Also, we are 10 minutes from interstate 40 for those passing by needing a place to stay. We have a Queen bed and a Pull out Sofa. We are within 5 minutes of two boat launches, and we have room if you do decide to bring a boat.

Located close to all the wonders of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Forgotten Forest is a hidden retreat for all those wizards and witches who want blend with the non-magical at all the nearby tourist attractions.

This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.
