NO STRESS in Sunset apartment with garden

SUNSET APARTMENT... This is a separate apartment in our family home at the seaside. The entrance is separate, and the apartment is furnished for full time living. The apartment has a Mediterranean garden with the biggest grill, and a lovely beach few steps away. The apartment has 2,5 rooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 separate beds used for children mostly. In the living room there is a comfy fould out couch where 2 more people can sleep. Just like our garden, the apartment is quite unique to the last hand made detail. This year we renovated the kitchen in shabby chic style :) For all our guests, this has been the place to relax and leave all the worries behind. Layed back or active, here you can have Your perfect holiday. Also, the apartment is soooooo close to: Paklenica NP, river Zrmanja, North Velebit Nature Park, Modric cave, Zadar, Nin, Plitvice Lakes NP, Krka Waterfalls NP, Kornati islands NP ... ACTIVITIES: By moving just a few km from apartment you can enjoy the sea, mountain, river, lake, cave. ...You can be sunbaithing, swimming, walking, rafting, trekking, hiking, free climbing, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, or bungee jumping! Villa Azzurra at the beach

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Dear guests, this apartment is the third in a series of our designer apartments. The space is characterized by a unique design interwoven with modern details with a touch of history. The corresponding parking is free.The bathroom is also lined with "Travertine" stone. In the living room, you will be able to rest in very comfortable armchairs, as you will be able to relax in the massage chair and in the wellness which is part of the accommodation and which can be used by all guests.

The house is located near Posedarje, just 20 minutes from the city of Zadar. A great quiet base to explore the Zadar region's historic towns, villages, art festivals, wine, food, beaches, and wilderness adventures. The house is in a very safe corona-free environment and enables full isolation.
