SUNSET APARTMENT... This is a separate apartment in our family home at the seaside. The entrance is separate, and the apartment is furnished for full time living. The apartment has a Mediterranean garden with the biggest grill, and a lovely beach few steps away. The apartment has 2,5 rooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 separate beds used for children mostly. In the living room there is a comfy fould out couch where 2 more people can sleep. Just like our garden, the apartment is quite unique to the last hand made detail. This year we renovated the kitchen in shabby chic style :) For all our guests, this has been the place to relax and leave all the worries behind. Layed back or active, here you can have Your perfect holiday. Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Zadar Cozy Paradise Apartment is located 5 min walk away from downtown Zadar. There is a market, restaurants and a shopping mall near the apartment. There is a private parking spot and wireless Wi-Fi. Apartment is equiped with a fully functional kitchen. There is a private balcony which is sunny for a long portion of the day. 15 min walk away from the apartment there is a big sports and recreational center perfect for any kind of phyiscal activity. It is also 10 min away from the main beach.

This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Apartman ce vas osvojiti na prvi pogled , a pogled koji se širi iz boravka , kuhinje i sa terase okrenut je prema moru. Boravak u apartmanu je vrlo ugodan zbog klime ali i pozicije. Otvoren je 365 dana u godini. Pri dizajniranju apartmana gledali smo da je apartman praktican i stiliziran.
