A cosy little stockhouse_the archipelago of Vöyri

Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Nauti elämän helppoudesta tässä rauhallisessa, keskeisellä paikalla sijaitsevassa kohteessa. Tori, kahvilat, ravintolat ja kaupat 200 metrin säteellä. Rautatieasemalle 500 metriä ja linja-autoasemalle 800 metriä. Kuitenkin erittäin rauhallinen asunto puistonäköalalla. Huoneisto on remontoitu, huonekalut ovat uusia ja materiaalit laadukkaita. Asumme ja työskentelemme keskustassa, joten apu on tarvittaessa lähellä. Maksuton pysäköinti on lähietäisyydellä.

Avara ja valoisa kerrostalokolmio upein näkymin yli vanhan kaupungin kattojen. Huoneisto on läpeensä remontoitu ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Asunto on kattavasti varusteltu, sieltä löytyy mm. tiskikone, kuivaava pesukone ja kahvikone. Kaupungin torille n. kilometri, samoin marketteihin ja vanhaan satamaan. Pururata, ulkokuntoilulaitteet ja frisbeerata sijaitsevat lähistöllä. Vieraiden käytössä myös kaksi polkupyörää.

Newly renovated guest house with antique interiors in a quiet and peaceful village 18 km outside Uusikaarlepyy and 2km from route E8. My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's. Since then the main building has served as the village school, my grandfather's home and since the 90's it has been my childhood home. Swedish / Finnish / English
