What we offer you is a marvelous Penthouse located in the most centric part of the lovely city of Arequipa. The area is called Vallecito, and it is at 10 minutes away from the city center where all the attractions are. The bus station is 5 minutes away and the airport 20. The penthouse is at the 6th floor (don’t worry it is equipped if an elevator) of a modern and recent building in a residential zone. In other words, the area is convenient, silent and secure. The penthouse is contemporary, modern, minimalist and essential with an astonishing view on the volcano and the whole city. You can admire all this from our cute terrace. Of course it is also fully equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has everything you need if you would like to cook and we include the basic food. Our goal is to make you feel like home!

You will be at 3 minute’s walk from the historical area of the neighborhood and at 15 minute’s walk to the Arequipa’s Plaza de Armas (center of the historical city). From here you can walk to malls, restaurants, etc. Transportation is everywhere You are welcome to enjoy it as your own home (Cook, watch TV, Internet, relax and sleep). My wife and I will help you on everything you may need just name it.

Hola, mi nombre es Percy y yo, junto con mi esposa Lourdes, estaremos encantados de darle la bienvenida a nuestro alojamiento. El Edificio es nuevo, está ubicado en una zona tranquila y cerrada, a 15 minutos al centro de la ciudad y a 5 minutos de Cerro Juli y disponemos de garaje directamente en la casa. También hay otra plaza de aparcamiento disponible justo enfrente de la casa.
