Downtown Classic+Cozy

One bedroom apartment on a lovely Ithaca street. Quiet, very little traffic + beautiful waterfall at each end! The Ithaca Commons, Farmer's Market, and bus to Cornell campus are 4 blocks away. Stewart Park=20 minute walk. Unit is upper floor of a duplex, with owner living on lower floor. It's in no way modern, but it IS clean, convenient and comfy. 1 Off-street parking space is provided. No smoking inside, but you are welcome to on the semi-enclosed porch. Private yard to relax w/grill.

Bright and welcoming 1 bed/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. Located 1.5 mi from Cornell University. Next to East Hill Plaza; supermarket, drug store, shopping, dining, gym, gas and wine store are just minutes away. TCAT bus service is one block from the apartment. Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. The bedroom has a queen bed, a seating corner, a small fold-out sleeper for 1, a private bath, and a kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker). A 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and to Cornell University. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a larger house; the stairway is shared with the owners and other Airbnb guests. It is ready for you to relax and enjoy everything Ithaca has to offer.

Private apartment with full kitchen (dog friendly)

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Private spacious apartment with all amenities, located 15 minutes drive from Ithaca, NY. To relax during your stay, you can pour yourself a hot bath, unwind in the living-room or enjoy the outdoor deck with view on the 1 acre property. Other tenants include our poodle (Angélique) and Trouble, our outdoor cat. If you feel butch, you can start a fire and relax around our bonfire area or strip in your swimsuit and hop in our hot tub.
