Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Charming apartment on the top floor of a Tuscan mansion house with traditional floor and exposed timber beams. The apartment is located in the heart of Cortona and it has triple exposure, so it is flooded with light and it boasts a stunning view over the valley and the Trasimene lake. Self check-in available. Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

Welcome to “Casa di Lyndall” My home is located in the medieval village of Lecchi in Chianti, set in rolling hills, castles, vineyards & olive groves, & provides a view that extends nearly 50 kms. It’s a perfect choice for a family or group of four people. My home is built in typical Tuscan style with exposed chestnut beams, fireplace, and a well appointed kitchen. The 8 metre pool is private & located on the top terrace of the olive grove, has a child proof fence, and 4 sun lounges.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Cozy Artist Retreat in the heart of Sorano

The house, on two levels, consists of a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and a bathroom dug into the tufo rock, while the bedroom and a living room are located on the level above. The house enjoys an extraordinary panoramic view of the valley and a reading nook with fireplace to stay cosy at night. The real gem of the house is the large terrace overlooking the 13th century church: a real rarity in the village of Sorano!
