Arthur Lakes Log Cabin

Set in the heart of the Daniel Boone National Forest the Arthur Lakes Log Cabin is both easy to get to and relatively secluded. Nestled in a small valley, this quaint cabin is a perfect mountain getaway. Built in 1890, by the Lakes family, it has a romantic, rustic and nostalgic feel. If you are a history buff, interested in Appalachian culture, or just want a charming, outdoorsy and secluded getaway, this cabin is for you. Near by attractions: Historic craft center Berea, Red River Gorge, horse racing at Keenland, and Kentucky Proud dining and activities in Lexington. Hot tub, washer/dryer, 2 fireplaces, 2 TVs, WiFi, porch swings, hammocks, grill, fire pit, paddle boats, dishwasher, filtered water, trash compactor and more.

Beautiful cabin, creek, woods, horse farm.

Bella Vista sits on 175 acres of pasture, woods, trails and a beautiful creek in the Red Lick Valley. Once a large-scale horse farm we currently have only four pasture puffs who you will see grazing around the cabin. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, walk the creek looking for Kentucky agates, geodes, explore the trails, or just take solace in the peace and quiet of the cabin. We bought the farm in 2020 and are in the process of bringing it back to its glory days.

Seclusion is a completely custom, hand-crafted cabin complete with a treehouse room, koi pond, rocky landscape, observatory tower and more in an unbeatable location. This cabin is located just a mile or two off the Slade, KY exit on top of a ridge in Red River Gorge. Built by Paul Rhodes in his spare time, this passion project took over six years to complete and boasts a uniqueness unrivaled by other accommodations.
