Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

La Casa dei “Memi 1”

La casa dei Memi si trova a Funes, una piccola località dalla quale si gode una vista stupenda di tutta la conca alpagota. Completamente restaurata mantenendo le caratteristiche di casa di montagna, con i muri in pietra e il legno che ne fa da padrone, è composta da due appartamenti. Situato al piano terra l'appartamento dispone di un salotto, con divano, poltrona, tv e stufa a legna, sala da pranzo e cucina. Una camera matrimoniale e ampio bagno con box doccia. Cortile e parcheggio privato.

Piccolo rustico già adibito a stalla finemente restaurata in stile dolomitico mantenedo le caratteristiche archittetoniche originali, luminosa ed accogliente. Al piano terra zona giorno composta da cucina attrezzata a vista. Zona living con tv e stube tradizionale. Completa il piano il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Al primo piano due ampie e luminose camere doppie, travi a vista e affaccio sulla vallata e sul Lago di Santa Croce. Due posti auto pertinenziali, ampio giardino non recintato.
