Dedicated workspace. Large sectional sofa and coffee table. Entertainment includes 55 in Smart TV & High speed internet Queen bed & all linens. Also cotton sheets Bath has walk in frameless shower. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting. Close to interstate 77 and 40, this rural farm is rustic elegance. With a library for the family and a home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room has a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. The 900 sq. ft. guesthouse you'll stay in, was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.
