This home is adjacent to a popular wedding venue, The Emerald Hill, and just minutes from Rocky Face Mountain Recreational Area. Whatever the reason for visiting this quaint town you’ll find all the comforts your looking for in a home away from home while staying at Harriet’s Cottage.

Dedicated workspace. Large sectional sofa and coffee table. Entertainment includes 55 in Smart TV & High speed internet Queen bed & all linens. Also cotton sheets Bath has walk in frameless shower. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

Only 5 minutes away from Lake Norman State Park where you may enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and boating! Chickadee Farms a quick drive across Troutman (5 miles distance). Downtown Mooresville is a 10 minute drive from the house where there are numerous restaurants / bars and entertainment such as indoor rock climbing, go carting, movies, bowling, and billiards.

Walk to numerous restaurants, unique shops, live entertainment, farmer’s markets, government centers and community events. Only one other suite in the building. Washer and dryer are in the suite.
