Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Designed and built by local architects and craftspeople, the house is a perfect base for couples, close to the waterfront and in the heart of beautiful Suffolk countryside. There is a fantastic choice of walks, cycling, and horse rides, as well as opportunities to get onto or into the water or stay in and be cosy.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

The Hideaway, Lark Cottage

The Hideaway is the perfect retreat from which to explore historic Pin Mill and the Shotley Peninsula, unwind with beautiful walks, bird watching and good food at the local pub or find a quiet workspace within a private garden surrounded by wildlife. The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.
