Take a break and unwind at this cozy casita in an emerging food forest. Just a short walk from downtown Cotacachi, this casita offers wonderful views of Imbabura volcano. It sits in a walled in compound in the outskirts of town, next to its twin sister, Casita Imbabura, amongst flowers and trees that attract countless birds, including hummingbirds, butterflies, honey bees, etc. Our casita is also ecofriendly. We collect rain water for the watering of our extensive gardens. Come and visit.

During the night a wood stove will keep you warm. Please let us know if you are bringing pets. We charge an additional fee per night for each pet.

This charming two story cottage, known as Casa Verde, is located on a delightful organic farm 5 minutes outside of Cotacachi (15 minutes from Otavalo and 1.5 hrs from Quito). It is a cozy retreat nestled between the Andes Mountains of Mama Cotacachi and Taita Imbabura with expansive organic vegetable gardens that our guests are welcome to enjoy. One way or roundtrip car service from Quito for additonal fee. No pets allowed.
