A Piano for you to Play in This 100 Year Old Flat!

This inviting place is nicely furnished, and even provided with a piano and guitar for your enjoyment! Please see all the photos & read the captions. We love our neighbors & neighborhood - we just want to make sure nobody books & then is upset seeing nearby houses & cars that need repair. It's got what you'll need for a pleasant stay. There's a park right across the street, and it's just a few blocks from the cool places on Mass Ave! This home has a new furnace & A/C to keep you comfortable.

Parson’s House Near Indy Downtown

My parents lived in this house for 35 yrs & my father was the minister of a local church. Now the home is a refuge for all travelers to enjoy. House is near downtown Indianapolis (approx 2 miles) & across the street is a large municipal park. The Parson’s House offers a culturally diverse urban vibe with easy access to I-70 or short Uber ride to every downtown destination. It is a bungalow built in 1930 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a finished basement, a front porch & can house up to four guests.

he perfect place to stay for all Indy events ! The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. WALK to the track! Two KING size beds! Off Street parking! Bicycles available for use for the weekends! (please request) Open layout for enjoying your travel partners. Wonderful opportunity at a great price. Close to Convention Center and all things downtown Indy too! Airport is 12 minutes away. Please, NO Cats or other type pets, beside dogs.

My little Speedway house

Cozy and upscale bungalow located in the heart of Speedway, Indiana.. Enjoy a small, but polished bungalow built in the 1930s. 2 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, fenced private yard, and great location to all things racing and Indy! 5 Short miles to downtown and a 15 minute drive to the convention center. 1 dog is welcome!
