Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Unsere gemütliche Einliegerwohnung in einem Neubau liegt in einem kleinen Weiler von Obsteig. Die herrlichen Wiesen, Wälder und Berge laden zum Wandern, Langlaufen, Spazieren und genießen ein. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine eigene Terrasse. In der Wohnessküche befindet sich eine Schlafcouch und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Im geräumigen Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und ein großer Kleiderschrank. Wohnraumlüftung und smarthome runden das Wohlfühlerlebnis ab.

Sie erwartet ein grandioser Ausblick in das wunderschöne Sellraintal. Das Apartment liegt zentral im Dorfzentrum und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Skiort Kühtai entfernt, zudem ist eine direkte Busverbindung nach Kühtai vorhanden (1 Gehminute von der Unterkunft, gratis Busverbindung ab 2 Nächten). Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

Sie sind AKTIV und UNTERNEHMUNGSLUSTIG? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Egal ob beim Skifahren, Rodeln, Skitouren gehen oder Schneeschuhwandern - bei uns im Ötztal ist für jeden was dabei. Der Piburgersee lädt zum Eislaufen ein, der Stuibenfall mit seinen über 700 Stufen lässt sie staunen und das Ötzi Dorf gibt Einblicke in eine längst vergangene Zeit. Entspannung und Ruhe findet man im Aqua Dome. Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar.

This apartment is located in the centre of the small town of Imst in the Tyrol in one of Imst´s oldest houses. Far away from Lederhosen and mass tourism, it´s the perfect place to come back after, hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, swimming, enjoying nature and culture - also very suitable for longer stays. A steep and narrow staircase takes you up to the apartment, with stunning views especially from the balcony. There´s a lovely, welcoming second-hand bookshop down below, too.

The apartment is located in the market town of Telfs in the Tyrolean Inn Valley and is a great starting point for hikers, skiers and cyclists. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. Our stylish apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The bus runs only approx. 75m from the house directly to the areas of Sölden (approx. 15 minutes) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (approx. 30 minutes). The Längenfeld thermal baths can also be reached by bus within 5 minutes. The well-equipped living/dining/kitchen area invites you to cook and linger together.
