Highlights sind neben den Wohlfühlschlafzimmern mit Panoramablick unter anderem die 2 Bäder (eines mit Waschmaschine), die neue Küche, Fußbodenheizung, der großzügige Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und die Lage am oberen Ortsrand (ohne Durchgangsverkehr), die Wanderungen/Radtouren vom Haus weg ermöglicht.

Am Eingang zum Ötztal, in der Nähe der Area 47 gelegene gemütliche 60 m² Wohnung in rustikalem Bauernhausstil. Das Haus befindet sich in einem kleinen Weiler in ruhiger, aber dennoch zentraler Lage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter. Die unmittelbare Umgebung bietet viel Wald und schöne Spaziergänge dem Inn entlang. Ein Radwanderweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Haustiere sind willkommen. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 4 km Entfernung.

The apartment of 54 m2 is located in an idyllic place, barrier-free and fully equipped to modern standards. Additionally: During the winter months, you can use the Nordic skiing tracks free of charge as long as you have the guest passes with you. During the summer months, every registered traveller can use the Alpenbad for 4 hours every day. That's an awesome deal!

Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Apartment ist ebenfalls problemlos von Innsbruck aus möglich. Zudem liegt das Apartment inmitten eines beliebten Wander/Skitourengebietes.

Der Piburgersee lädt zum Eislaufen ein, der Stuibenfall mit seinen über 700 Stufen lässt sie staunen und das Ötzi Dorf gibt Einblicke in eine längst vergangene Zeit. Entspannung und Ruhe findet man im Aqua Dome. Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Next to our guesthouse, we have a house with 2 flats for 6 and 8 people, this is 5 min away from our guesthouse. These flats are completely self-catering and therefore also have a spacious kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, at the front is a balcony and at the back a terrace. Also included in these flats is the summer card with which you can enjoy many activities completely free of charge. The bus leaves 150 m from the house and takes you to the gondola in 10 min.

Our house "Juwel" and is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture, fantastic view over the mountains, fre wifi and sauna. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few minutes.
