Apartman T&T with sauna

Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

Prelijep stan+besplatan parking u sklopu smještaja

Uživajte u Domu daleko od doma, čistom i udobnom. Plaže Ičići i Ika udaljene 10-ak minuta pješke, kao i trgovine i restorani, povratak uzbrdo - Pogled! Supermarketi udaljeni 5 min. automobilom, kao i plaža Peharovo (besplatni parking) te mnoge druge plaže. Stan je odlična baza za obilaženje Opatijske rivijere pješke uz more -Lungomare. Apartment Toni is located in Ičići. Apartment can accomodate 2 persons.( extra persons are not allowed) Pets are not allowed. The newly built apartment of 43m2 consists of kitchen with all accessories and complete equipment ( filter coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, 2 electric), a seperate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath. Direct access to the balcony with a seaview. ( to the Island of Cres, Marina, Island of Krk ) It is 80 m away from the Seaside promenade.

Villa Martin - Studio with sea view

Studio se nalazi ma prvom katu obiteljske kuće i cijeli je orjentiran prema moru. Iz glavne (spavaće) sobe kao i s prostranog balkona pruža se pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. Studio je idealan za parove, no može prihvatiti i par s jednim djetetom. Kuća je smještena na mirnoj lokaciji i stoga je idealna za odmor. Domaćin dočekuje i otpraćuje goste te kontinuirano stoji na usluzi. Gostima su na raspolaganju i vrtni sadržaji. Dućan, pošta, ljekarna, frizer, autobus u dosegu su 10-15 minuta hoda.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Cooling by floor cooling, no air condition

Apartment with amazing view Opatija -Ellalinda

Just few meters from the famous Lungo mare-12 kilometers long promenade from Volosko to Lovran! Very important-FREEpublic PARKING just in front of the house. My place is close to public transport. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with one kid). Our studio apartment is completely renovated in July of 2016.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Olive Garden

The house is situated in 10 000 m2 olive tree field, that is only for the guests. It is a 100 years old mediteranean bergerie completely renovated few years ago. As it is situated at the top of the stone terraces, it offers a breathtaking view over the Kvarner bay, islands Cres and Krk. The house is not far from the sea, but as it is very uphill, it is easier to go with the car.
