The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you should require. Situated in the small town of Hythe it’s a short walk to shops pubs and restaurants . The accommodation Sleeps up to four with a double bed and large day bed . Facilities include wet room sleeping/living and kitchen facilities. There is Also a small outside seating area which has a barbecue and pull out washing line . Sandling train station is close by Connecting to Ashford/Dover/London Dover castle within ten miles

Annexe with Sea View, Private Entrance & Parking

This bijou annexe is cute, quirky and has everything you need for a visit to the Creative Folkestone Music Town. With its own private entrance the annexe has a lower small double bed and an upper small cabin double bed which is great for little people.  The en suite bathroom has a shower, wc and basin and you will have clean towels and toiletries.  The sun room is a little gem of a place to sit and soak up the views of The English Channel and on clear days you can see France. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

We aim to provide a quiet relaxing break, whether you are en route to/from Europe, sightseeing or enjoying walking the stunning coastline and many long distance footpaths.

The Stable, Redsole Farm House

A peaceful retreat for 2 guests on our small holding. Only two well behaved dogs are accepted, all other animals are not allowed. Ideally situated to explore the beautiful Kent countryside by foot, cycle or car. 10 mins from Channel Tunnel, 20 mins from the Port of Dover and Canterbury. 10 mins from Folkestone West Station for the high speed train to London, which takes 55 mins, and 25 mins to Ashford International for the Eurostar to the continent.
