Entire home (approx. 1588 sq ft) with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 living, 1 dining and a beautiful spacious kitchen + gameroom in garage. Enjoy the backyard equipped with a grill and outdoor picnic table. You have access to the whole house including the garage(converted gameroom). You also have access to front and back yard. Home access- keyless entry. Feel free to call/text with any questions. The home is across the street from the Dell Diamond, the Kalahari Resort Waterpark, and several grocery stores. Go for a run on one of the nearby jogging trails in Old Settlers Park. Lake Travis and the city of Austin are a drive away. Magnolia Market, Magnolia Table and Press Coffee Co (Chip and Joanna Gains businesses) are only an hour away. By car. Please park in driveway. Lacey Cottage

Located in a quiet neighborhood in Round Rock, this entire guest house is comfortable & centrally-located. Use it as a launchpad for exploring Central TX from downtown, Dell Diamond, the Round Rock Sports Multiplex and Kalahari Resort - just 25 minutes from Downtown Austin. The guest house shares the property with our home so we’ll be close by should you need anything. Please note: The kitchen does not have an oven. Salt and Pepper are provided but no cooking oil, coffee or other food items

Stay in a luxurious loft in the barn constructed with whitewashed shiplap and rustic timbers. Big oversized windows and view the stables and pasture. The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center. Vaulted ceilings make for a cozy stay.

Or just stay home and work/relax/couch/pool (not in that order :) Whichever you choose, this amazing private home is all yours for your stay. POOL HEAT FEE: $25/day PET FEE: $230/stay (see House Rules).

We are 15 minutes away from the Kalahari Indoor resort water park and the Dell Diamond Baseball stadium. We are 20 minutes from the airport, and 25 minutes from downtown Austin 6th street where South by south west is. Spend more time enjoying your trip and less time traveling to get there.

Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1750sqft) that backs up to a hayfield. The house has 3 queen size memory foam beds. The master bedroom has a office desk. There is also stainless steel appliances and the fridge has water/ice maker. The master bathroom has a garden tub. You'll have a refrigerator, washer, dryer. The TV has Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime. The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).

Cabin Fever? Well we literally have the solution for that. Our guest cabin awaits. Our one bedroom, one bath cabin also features a fully stocked kitchen and best off all a complete play area for the kids equipped with a slide. Our location offers everything from shopping at the Domain or spending the day at Kalahari Resort or Rock 'N River Water Park. You can also spend the evening exploring Downtown Austin which has wonderful restaurants and live music.
