My place is centrally located and close to EVERYTHING! Just jump on Hwy 130 less than a mile away to reach Austin, Georgetown, Pflugerville and Round Rock quick and easily. You’ll love my place because of Its cleanliness and perfect layout. It is truly a beautiful home! Walking distance to the community swimming pool and park. Just minutes away from Hawaiian Falls Water Park, golf, Super Target, many shops and restaurants. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) and big groups.

Brand New private bedroom and private bathroom for a relaxing stay. Queen size hybrid bed, work desk w/office chair, tons of USB connections, microwave and quiet mini fridge in room, 50" smart TV, quiet remote control fan, smart knob on room door for security. Private bathroom has custom glass shower with fresh towels provided. Home is located in a loop so very low thru traffic so very quiet day and night. I have a doorbell camera monitoring my front door and the front porch of the house.
