Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. (Remember, dogs must be included as pet guests when you book)

Charming, newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Hutchins Lake. Enjoy views of the lake from almost every room in the house! The private dock and lake frontage is across the street from the front yard, in a quiet cove. The minimum age to rent the property is 27. Parking is limited to three vehicles tandem in the driveway and carport. Within a ten minute drive of the house are multiple wineries, orchards and the charming towns of Fennville, Douglas and Saugatuck.

Beautiful, fresh, open studio on Hutchins Lake Channel. Keypad entrance through garage w/private, keyed entrance to guest suite above the garage. Maximum occupancy is 2. For insurance reasons, we are unable to allow use of any of our watercraft, but you are welcome to bring your own! Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
