We are an accessible, family friendly, well-stocked hideaway in the country that has super quick access to all restaurants / shopping and other city amenities. If you need a date that is blocked or a short stay, please ask. We sometimes block dates for repeat guests and friends that may change. Tiny house is on site to rent for extra guests when available.

Very quiet home with a view over 50 acres of hay fields with large oak and pine trees sprinkled throughout. Lots of room to roam, walk a dog, keep a boat, horse, fish two ponds with bass. 8 miles from Lufkin or Diaboll, 7 miles from Angelina College. 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn. New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Wedding, Large Picknicks, RVs can park with full hookup 30 AMP and 50 AMP available and 110 plugins

The home combines an appreciation of history with updated amenities and private backyard!

Mariposa Ridge

Tiny house built in 2023 with all of the amenities nestled among the pine trees of 30 acres. 3/4 of a mile from a public boat ramp. Plus, it's walking distance to a private shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn with private beach. Has one queen size bed plus a sofa bed which makes into a full size bed; can easily sleep 3 people. The Garden House

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

Horner’s Lake House

We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to a fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Living area very clean with large screen TV/movies or books if you choose to read. Queen size bedding for a great nights rest. Very quiet with only the cows, birds and squirrels

The Morewood

Relax among the piney trees and serene waters of Sam Rayburn. Enjoy family fun in the spacious yard which includes an oversized fire pit, perfect for cozy nights! This house has all of the conveniences you need, including space to park your boat. Perfect for families or romantic couples weekend. Located just half a mile from the marina. Boat launch pass included. Guided fishing trips available with a renowned guide for an additional cost.

Carriage House

Escape from the city! The Carriage House is a cozy guest house located in the Pineywoods of East Texas. This is the downstairs sister to our Pink Door Guest Haus. Along with great views, we have a country feel, only 6 miles from town. We are located near Lufkin, Nacogdoches and Lake Sam Rayburn. Enjoy the stocked pond, grill, firepit, and gazebo. Hangout with our ducks Dilly and Dally! Relax and enjoy all this area has to offer.
