This apartment is very central and being on the top floor, and at the rear of the building, it was quiet, almost peaceful for a town centre location; the living area is airy, spacious; parking ( if needed) is just at the top of the street on a private area but I didn’t use it;

I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. Great stay, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Biggleswade. Cute apartment, has everything you need. Very short walk to many pubs and restaurants. Hayley is very friendly and responsive.

Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). Absolutely amazing place. What a fantastic conversion from the former church into these beautiful apartments. Matt was incredibly helpful with excellent communication right from the start. Extremely well equipped apartment with a really stylish kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious and light it was in an ideal place to visit the two local pubs and explore nearby Duxford Air Museum. If we are ever back in the area, we would certainly stay here again. Thanks Matt for being a great host.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Everything was as expected including milk, tea and coffee, amenities, rooms etc. We were able to flexibly check in when we wanted which was very helpful. The place was very clean and exactly as described with a helpful book on how to work everything. Great stay overall prior to the MK Marathon

Great place for us to stay having two daughters in Bishops Stortford. Very clean and well equipped property. Lovely garden space.

Had an amazing long weekend here! The property is stunning and really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, close to local shops and only a short distance to Thetford Forest. Had a lovely stay here with 6 of us plus a baby. Lots of room and very clean throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Anytime we travel up for the weekend for a Santa Pod event again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again to Wakene.

The property was spotless and exactly as described. Amy was amazing and communicated with us from the moment we booked until our departure. Both hosts were proactive, we were supposed to check in at 4 PM, but we received a message earlier that morning letting us know the place was ready and we could check in early. We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We loved it so much we've booked 2 more stays.

What a find, this annexe! Very comfortable indeed! Close to Cambridge and some lovely estates (Anglesey Abbey, Tea Gardens Grantchester, etc). All amenities are provided, the bedroom and walk in dressing are a big size. Very comfortable bed. When the sun is out (and it was) the lovely garden is a great plus! Viv was always ready to help or give information when we needed it. Jams, butter, milk, coffee, tea, drinks etc were all provided. It felt like a home from home. We do hope to come again.

We enjoyed our stay in Cambridge. The apartment was very nice and had lots of nice amenities like a patio and fire pit. It had everything we needed to be able to cook and stay comfortably during our conference. Location was great next to the shops and parks but still very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

I booked this apartment for my parents who were visiting from abroad for the first time, and could not be more grateful that we were able to stay in this comfortable space that Andrea has worked hard to provide.
