Neds Cottage has been completed to the highest of standards as a new luxurious home. With the most incredible views from the hot tub, you’ll be amazed by how far you can see, Manchester skyline, the Peak District hills and Dovestone Reservoir with Saddleworth Moors - whist Saddleworth Villages lie in the valley bottom. 2 king size bedrooms both en-suite, a small double bedroom with a house bathroom opposite. The space comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 1-2 children. The kitchen is equipped with essential cooking appliances. Rest in the super king bed & take in the serene views of the stream from the balcony door upstairs.

A large detached four bedroom house. It is a new build with large Bi Fold doors to access the private south facing garden with large 7 seat Hot Tub. It has an open plan airy feel with large kitchen , utility room , 4 bedrooms with 2 en suites. It has a large drive and off street parking for up to 4 cars. The house is situated in a small village approx 15 mins by car from Leeds City Centre. PLEASE NOTE : There is an additional Charge of £200.00 for the Hot Tub per stay.
