Country Escape in Modern Cottage

Woodstown Cottage is the attached private annex to Woodstown House. Newly refurbished, walking distance to open forest and 10 minute drive to the coast, ideally located to cover all outdoor pursuits. With beautiful country views, the bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, bathroom with electric shower, spacious living room, separate fully fitted kitchen and enclosed garden which is safe for dogs. The living room has a sofa bed which could accommodate two small children or one older child.

Rural Self Contained Farm Annex

Beautiful self contained annex surrounded by farmland situation in a quiet rural location close to the beach & The New Forest. 12 minutes by car to Lymington. Suitable for up to 2 adults. Well behaved dog welcome (Extra charge of £20 per stay) but not allowed upstairs. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge & upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Enclosed private shingle area outside complete with picnic table and bbq. Use of the field directly opposite annex for walking dog.

The self contained Shepherds Hut accommodates 1/2 guests with 1 small double bed, separate shower (nearby block) and is pet friendly (1 dog). Local beaches & mainline railway connections within 10 min drive. Market towns of Lymington, Christchurch & New Milton nearby. 25 min drive of Bournemouth.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed plus two single beds if required, a bathroom, kitchen and 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi, TV& Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by. Book with our other units to sleep up to 8 guests.
