Tucked away in a quite nook, overlooking an organic kitchen garden with the view of the fields, you will be trasported to a bygone era where things were just much slower. The place is a completely fully furnished placed with all amenities such as 43" smart tv, fully automatic washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen setup, water purifier, bedroom with air conditioner, high speed internet and lush green trees. No heavy blankets.

The Loja by the water - a workation place

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities. Experience Goa of long ago with early morning walks, cycling, or just nature watching.
