The Coastal Cracker Cottage welcomes you! Stay in the Heart of Old Homosassa. Completely remodeled cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath on HUGE corner lot with plenty of parking and room for boat and trailer. Located within one block from the beautiful Homosassa river as well as restaurants, bars and shopping. Manatee tours, fishing and scallop guides, boat rentals and more are within walking distance, as well as golf cart rentals at Florida Cracker Resort and Two Pops Sandwich Shop to ride anywhere in Old Homosassa. This is the perfect basecamp location for scalloping, swimming with the manatees or just chilling on the river. Guests have access to entire house as well as a lockable shed in carport. We are available anytime by phone, text or email. Access to house will be given via codes prior to check in. Located in the HEART of Old Homosassa in a residential neighborhood. 1 block away from free public boat ramp and gas. Walking distance to multiple food/ gas / bars/ shopping. Golf cart rentals available at Florida Cracker Resort and Two Pops Sandwich Shop. Must be 25 or older to rent. No smoking with exception of designated smoking area located at picnic table outside. Old Homosassa Water Front, Ice Machine & Kayaks

Located directly on the Homosassa River with Gulf Access. Remodeled home located in Old Homosassa. Almost an acre corner lot overlooking the huge bay. Large 2600 square foot, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The property has a screened lanai room, large BBQ patio, screened boathouse with a cleaning station on the dock with sink, ICE MACHINE, and open patio. Huge boat tie-up area. Truly a fisherman's paradise. You can fish right off the dock. Close to everything!!!! BOATLIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS.

Angie's Acre is found in a wooded area of single family homes where Florida's Nature Coast really begins! Miles of walking roads run through the area. Located 5 miles from the Chasshowitzka boat ramp it offers an undisturbed woodland hideaway. 10 miles south is world famous Weeki Wachee Springs. To the north are Homosassa and Crystal River where fishing and boating is second nature. Boat parking available on site. Make yourself at home and enjoy the fenced wooded acre. Pets welcome!

Nature’s Getaway- 💯 Remodeled Animal Free Property

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

It is a quiet retreat and perfect spot to view the sunrise , sunset , birds , manatees , dolphins and rest in a peaceful and romantic setting .Bring your own toys and use our dock , kayaks and bikes .Enjoy quiet walks , visit our local beach, golf , fishing or just plain relaxing in our hammock right over our small waterfall pond .There is also local parks and hiking nearby .

You have the full use of the home without any other occupants. 2 bedrooms with walk in closets, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry. Gated backyard with double entry gate. Covered parking for one with plenty of additional uncovered parking space. Sorry - not suitable for children and pets are not allowed.

The house is on the main river close to Weeki Wachee springs and has great access to the Gulf of Mexico. You can dock up to a 24' boat. It is only minutes from Pine Island Beach Park, Hernando Beach and Sun West Park. It is also about an hour and half from world renowned Clearwater beach. Get the best experience Florida can offer. You’ll love Weeki Wachee and the freshwater spring that feeds seventy two degree water year round. This house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 12!

The Otter House is located on a quiet canal in Crystal River surrounded by nature preserves and very few neighbors! Relax on the lanai or take the kayaks out for a paddle right from the backyard. Bring your own boat and dock at the boat house! Located at the South end of King's Bay you have easy access to swim with manatees, scallop in the Gulf and enjoy a secluded nature view that is also minutes from the grocery store and a short ride to downtown and restaurants!

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Mermaid Life, Sleeps 6 W/ Gulf Access and 6 kayaks

Do you want to kayak and explore, if so, this is the house for you. You can kayak Mud River, Little Salt Creek Spring, and the Weeki Wachee River. Have the best of all worlds. There's so much to see here with the manatees and dolphins swimming by or the eagles and other wildlife flying above your head. This is old Florida at its best. Kayak the Weeki Wachee River and come back to the house for a quiet night around the fire pit playing a game of corn hole.
