Enjoy waterfront views while sipping a cocktail at the giant outdoor bar. Two bedrooms offer queen beds in each and a pull-out queen-size sofa bed is in the living room. Close to popular Crumps Landing Restaurant. The Riverside Marina is nearby to launch your boat. There is ample parking for a boat trailer. Canal access to Halls River & Homosassa River for flats boats or pontoon boats only. Must be able to lower bimini to go under Halls River Bridge. Property includes three kayaks and one canoe.

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

This one bedroom house offers one queen bed and a pull-out sofa to sleep a total of 4 people. The house offers a private boat ramp, docks, and quick access to the gulf. Includes Wifi, 2TVs, washer/drier, fire pit, grill, coffee maker. Enjoy sunsets, nature walks, and fishing from the docks. Clean, Clean, Clean! EVERYTHING is washed after each guest including sheets, towels, All blankets, bed comforters, and even decorative pillow cases. All handles, knobs, remotes and shower are sanitized.

A unique setting surrounded by palm trees and water with a boardwalk to your front door. This quiet location is canal front with views to the Salt River. The Gulf of Mexico is accessible via Crystal River located just across the Salt River from the condo. Wonderful seafood restaurants and activities, such as kayaking, snorkeling, swimming with the manatees, scalloping, biking, golfing, saltwater and freshwater fishing are all available nearby. A public beach is located 4 miles from the condo.

Our house has large picture windows overlooking the river, marsh and sunset over the gulf. A terrace to sit out and a private dock to the waters edge and to our own island with a picnic table. We have 3 rooms with 4-poster beds, a 4th room with a double-person futon, 2 family rooms, a well designed kitchen and lots of space to entertain. There's lots of land to stroll around the property. If you are looking to unwind and enjoy nature, this place will afford you the peace and quiet.

Affordable Old Homosassa!

Walking distance to the heart of the action. Minutes from the boat ramp, The Monkey Bar, Florida Cracker Kitchen and so much more. Super affordable so why pay more? Park your boat, truck and trailer here with no issue. Needing a captain to take you to the scallop grounds or maybe a manatee trip I have a few of those as well. Laid back spot just off the main road. Build a fire in the fire pit, walk down to The Shed or MacRaes for an icy cold beverage and listen to the band.

The Loft at Mason Creek Preserve - Old Homosassa

This home built in 2021 is one of the most recognizable properties in Old Homosassa. Directly across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management lands. It offers a kitchenette, deck space and loft with amazing views. The property has three separate rentable spaces. The house, the loft and the studio. Booked together the property can host a total of 16 guests.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba on Canal + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
