Just a few blocks from the Center 4 the Arts, the village green, school playground, restaurants, bakeries, the library, and a few lovely local shops. Homer is a picturesque village taken right out of a Hallmark movie. Two miles from Cortland and a short drive to Ithaca, Syracuse, easy access to I-81, the Finger Lakes Region, local breweries and wineries, 3 different ski resorts, indoor waterpark, golf courses.

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.

As you walk to the treehouse across the 60' cable bridge you will feel the stress and cares of everyday life melt away. The treehouse is 150 square feet of pure magic and the perfect spot for a romantic getaway high up in the trees.
