Our historic, 3 story townhouse is an architectural masterpiece located in the former gymnasium of GR's first high school! Your condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 lofts, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining room, washer/dryer, balcony, and a 24 ft floor to ceiling window with views of downtown GR! Amenities include access to the rooftop pool and hot tub, workout facility, community room and 2 parking spaces in our gated lot. Our gem in the gym is located in the hottest neighborhood in Beer City USA!

Beautifully updated vacation condo with gas fireplace perfect for winter escape. Close to Lake Michigan and all of the fun activities Saugatuck-Douglas has to offer. Couples Getaway - this 1BR, 1 Bath rental has a full kitchen and is 1 block from all the restaurants and shops! Tastefully decorated and comfortable. A great place to snuggle up after a fun day exploring the area. Located on Kalamazoo Lake with a great view of the water from the apartment and balcony. Free parking for two vehicles and easy contact-free entry. If you are sensitive to noises (like a hotel) then this may not be the right fit for you.
