s'Höckli - Appenzeller Chalet mit Seesicht

The cozy chalet in the spa resort of Wienacht-Tobel, high above Lake Constance, invites you to relax and unwind. It's situated in a peaceful setting and offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The region is a paradise for nature and sports enthusiasts: numerous hiking, cycling, and swimming opportunities await, as well as nearby ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the neighboring towns of Rorschach, Heiden, and St. Gallen, you'll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants to suit all tastes.

The holiday apartment is located in Höchst and offers a beautiful view overlooking the mountain all the way to Switzerland. The 90 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for 2 people and a single one), a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

Mit dem Zug ist man in 5 Minuten beim Festspielhaus in Bregenz. In unmittelbarer Nähe beginnt das Naherholungsgebiet "Lauteracher Ried" mit einem beliebten Badesee. Die ersten Schigebiete erreicht man in 20 Minuten.

Der Bodenseeradwanderweg führt direkt bei unseren Apartments vorbei. Sie können unsere Fahrräder ausleihen u. in 10 Min. gemütlich zum See radeln und dort die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge am Rohrspitz bestaunen.

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer befinden sich eine begehbare Dusche und das WC, dies alles auf einer Gesamtfläche von 51 m2. Ebenso hat dieses Appartement eine Terrasse mit Grill.
