Very spacious ocean view beach house near beach

You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Ideally located 100 m to Back Beach shops and cafes, 400 m to the National Park Surf Beaches and minutes drive to the Hot Springs, golf courses, the local winery and brewery. Set amongst the native garden tree tops this is a classic Mornington Peninsula property. The house features two expansive decked areas with oversized glass panelled doors connecting the upper deck seamlessly with the modern rustic open plan living space. Must climb stairs.
